Grades 4-12 will receive a progress
report on a quarterly basis which
reflect their achievements during each
quarter. However, a system of continuous
assessment is implemented for
Kindergarten and grades one, two, and
three as well.
Progress Report and Parents Meetings:
The School issues report card at the end of every interval. Students are assessed in many ways depending on their levels. The quarter subject tests along with the overall continuous assessment in different components (quizzes, homework, class work, projects) contribute to report cards.
In case requested by parents, students whose performance is not up to expectations are observed closely by the school and consistent reports are sent to the parents for keen follow-up.
Parents are called twice per year to meet subject and home class teachers to follow-up their children. In some cases, parents of students who show weakness in academic or non-academic issues are called-in for individual meetings. Parents can also asked for individual parents meeting based on arranged appointments.
